At Craig Milioto Custom Homes, we’ve built a reputation on quality craftsmanship and unparalleled commitment to our clients. Our team of skilled tradesmen take great pride in their work. In addition, we work with local and highly qualified house plan designers who are dedicated to creating unique and functional homes. You can choose from one of our existing house plans, or we can work with you to create your own custom home. We can also build homes that were designed by your own architect or draftsman and build it on your own land.

Craig Milioto lives and raises his family in Ascension Parish. He has been building custom homes since 2006. He is a licensed general contractor and a member of the Capital Region Builder’s Association and the National Association of Home Builders.
